At Djakosupply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and included components where applicable.

• Garmin cycling products should not show signs of unnecessary use, damage or modification.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Items that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and verify the product may be subject to a deduction for any loss in value, where permitted by applicable UK law.

2. Free Return Shipping

Djakosupply provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Do not send a return to an address other than the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Garmin cycling product arrives:

• Damaged

• Faulty or defective

• Not as described

• Incorrectly supplied

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within our 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility requirements above.

For online purchases, UK consumer law also provides a statutory cancellation right that generally allows consumers to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the applicable payments in accordance with UK law.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if the return is approved.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe. Where goods are being returned, UK rules generally require reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving appropriate evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. No Restocking Fees

Djakosupply does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

7. No Final Sale Items

We do not designate products as "final sale" in a way that removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your legal rights regarding faulty, defective, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

9. Exchanges
